WHY NO REFUNDS?
We only sell downloadable digital files containing different databases in excel format. Once any user purchases any product, he or she can download the product from the delivery page, orders page, and also through email. Downloadable products cannot be returned or refunded.
SO HOW TO TACKLE THIS ISSUE?​
To be fair to our customers, we provide free samples before you purchase any product from our website. These free samples also come in downloadable format only on every product page in the product information section. If by any error, you couldn’t find the free samples on the product page, you can directly contact us by all means available. We will provide free samples before you purchase any product.
By giving a free sample before purchasing any product, we are trying to eliminate dissatisfaction with the purchase of any product.
​After placing the order, If you did not receive the files and downloadable products from us within 12 hours, a refund can be initiated.
We are trying our best to deliver quality products while maintaining customer satisfaction and also preventing freeloaders who are trying to get any product for free.

Duplicate Transaction Refunds
In case the money was debited from you twice for an order, we will be more than happy to refund the duplicate transaction that you made. 100% of the amount paid will be refunded back to the original payment source upon dropping an email to amal@itquiz.in with the payment screenshot as proof.
